Welcome to YTBRS & Digital Creators Association. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services as a registered volunteer or member.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, registering as a volunteer, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or register as a volunteer.

2. Volunteer Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register as a volunteer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Indian Aadhar Card
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Pay the one-time registration fee of ₹100

2.2 Registration Process

  1. Complete the online registration form
  2. Upload required documents (Aadhar, Photo)
  3. Pay the registration fee via secure payment gateway
  4. Receive confirmation and volunteer ID

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Registration Fee

The one-time volunteer registration fee is ₹100 (non-refundable under normal circumstances).

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Digital Wallets

3.3 Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (CashFree) compliant with RBI guidelines.

4. Volunteer Rights & Responsibilities

Rights Responsibilities
Receive volunteer ID card Follow NGO's code of conduct
Participate in NGO activities Maintain confidentiality of NGO information
Access volunteer dashboard Report any misconduct
Receive certificates of participation Respect other volunteers and members

5. Prohibited Activities

As a volunteer, you must NOT:

  • Use the NGO's name for personal gain
  • Share confidential information
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Harass other members
  • Spread misinformation about the NGO
  • Violate intellectual property rights

6. Termination of Membership

6.1 Grounds for Termination

We may terminate your volunteer membership if you:

  • Violate these terms and conditions
  • Provide false information
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Misuse NGO resources
  • Fail to comply with NGO policies

6.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access will be revoked immediately
  • No refund of registration fee
  • All volunteer benefits will cease

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, etc.) is the property of YTBRS & Digital Creators Association and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

YTBRS & Digital Creators Association shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Technical issues beyond our control

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
